By deploying the Amox intelligence engine, you ("The Tenant") agree to the following operational parameters, liabilities, and intelligence gathering protocols.
Amox is an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) synthesis platform. The Service provides algorithmic tracking of public market signals, competitor reputation velocity, and sentiment shifts. Amox does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, as market conditions and competitor counter-measures are fundamentally volatile.
Amox operates exclusively in an advisory reconnaissance capacity. We provide strategic blueprints and AI-generated counter-campaign responses. The Tenant assumes 100% operational liability for the execution of these strategies.
Amox explicitly disclaims any liability for reputational damage, platform bans (including Google, Yelp, or Meta), or legal disputes arising from the Tenant publishing content, altering prices, or executing campaigns recommended by the Amox engine.
The intelligence provided by Amox is synthesized from public, external vectors. Amox does not bypass authentication protocols, breach private databases, or extract proprietary data from targeted competitors. Consequently, the continuity of specific intelligence streams is subject to the structural stability of third-party public domains.
The Tenant may terminate the deployment of the Amox radar at any time via the command dashboard. Upon termination, active intelligence sweeping will cease immediately. Amox reserves the right to terminate access to the engine if the Tenant utilizes the platform to coordinate illegal activities or attempts to reverse-engineer the core synthesis algorithm.
